This book explores institutional structures, especially related to decision-making in the field of cultural and artistic production and the distribution of resources. We examine the different axes of discrimination based on origin, race, gender, sexual orientation and disability, intent on creating tools and suggestions to contribute to equitable access to resources for cultural and artistic production, as well as the diversification of cultural programs. At the same time, we have sought mechanisms to guarantee the inclusion of artists and cultural workers who “represent diversity” not only outside, but also within internal structures, in places of maximum power and decision-making in the cultural sector.
