How to Heal in Limbo

How to Heal in Limbo is part of a series of collective works that explore the concept of
limbo, starting with ‘The Limbo Party’ (Sweden 2017-2020).

Produced in collaboration with Diallo Mamadou Alpha, Muhamed Amir, Mateo Apostoli, Ariki Bagnia, Souhail Baklarti, Lilly Edowmonyi, Soufian Hafid, Luciano Iobstraibizer, Younes Khallafi, Bader Lhassaki, Doudou Sene and Luis Miguel Vazques Villegas.

This result is a print object providing instructions to cut out and fold paper Möbius strips, each one carrying a reflection relating the knowledge gained through personal experiences of arduous migratory passages to the globalised time of crisis provoked by the Corona virus.

Together we asked: Can limbo – intended as an in-between state characterised by uncertainty, suspension and waiting – be a space or time of learning how to heal?
